The rental is an ancient cottage typical of Charente which was
entirely renewed. It is situated among the wineyards of cognac
and pineau producers. Very close to this house, the forest of
Pons offers a lot of possibilities for treking and
mountain bike. Its living space is 90 m² and allows to welcome up to 7 persons. An adjacent closed garden of 400m ² with an independent entry gate is at your disposal. The swimming pool is situated in front the rental, but also disponible for the owners. At the first floor : Large living room including a sitting room, fully equiped kitchen (gas cook with electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and complete kitchenware), entrance with access to toilets. shower-room with large "italian shower" and a washing machine. Toilets are separated from the shower room.

"Safran Space" (mezzanine) : one bed with one pullout bed and two bunk beds, two bedside tables, one low cupboard, two shelves, one armchair. "Fuchsia room" : one double bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and two armchairs.

Internet : The rental is equiped to propose a free access to internet (CPL plug/Wifi). Outdoor equipment : Swimming pool (shared with owners), garden furniture and parasol, barbecue, swing and slide for children, possible parking close to the house. The hamlet "les Chevaliers" is situated at 2km from Pons where you will find all the services needed (2 supermarkets, shops, market wednesday and saturday morning, cinema, restaurants...) |
